Forums down, update.

Forums are down and they will stay down for a few weeks in the mean time we will be changing to custom forum due to phpbb being heavily targeted by spambots. CasterSoft.com will soon be launched which will be the future home of ncastercms and CasterBB along with other future projects.

Rss Feed syndication soon.

ncastercms is asking it's members to take part in a rss feed syndication where all sites that subscribe will be included in a massive ncaster feed which any one can subscribe to, this is an effort to increase page rank on both ncastercms and it's member sites.

Host down time.

As most people noticed ncastercms was down for a good chunk of last week, our server crashed and we lost a few weeks of updates. At the moment ncaster downloads are not avaliable but they will be backup in a week or so.

e3 is near.

e3 is the biggest gaming event of the year where hundreads of developers and media gather under the one roof this year ill be covering the event from my fan site NinWiFi we will also be posting 10 mins of footage from the event on a server for nintendo fans to download after the event.

pages plugin & ncaster 1.7.2 updated.

the pages plugin has been updated to cut of the amount of pages displayed similer to a forum system, ncaster content management system has also been updated today to include those new changes and bug fix's.

Forums now online

forum problems have now been resolved, the forums are now online. Please update your links to http://ncastercms.com/boards as www.cmsworkshop.com is currently offline.

Server changed.

we have now changed servers however there has been a few problems getting the boards up again, they will hopfully be up tomorrow sometime. the download section is also now back online and you can now download the latest versions of ncaster. Ncaster RC5 has also been updated to fix the problems with not be abble to assign a news display template.

in the next two weeks there will be a beta trial of the next installment of ncaster called Thor this edition has been 2 years in the making and it brings in greatly increased security features, recoded moduler based admin with plugins which allows you to add hacks with out changing any code. the beta will be very limited and a sign up form will appear soon for those who wish to try it.
